App CAPI: error during operation

When downloading the survey into the CAPI app the interviewer can display following error message “An error occurred during operation“.

Why is this error displayed?

  • The mobile device is not connected to an internet connection
  • The internet connection is not good enough to download the survey
  • The url is not correct
  • Survey number inserted is not correct
  • Username and password are not correct
