When downloading the survey into the CAPI app the interviewer can display following error message “An error occurred during operation“.
Why is this error displayed?
- The mobile device is not connected to an internet connection
- The internet connection is not good enough to download the survey
- The url is not correct
- Survey number inserted is not correct
- Username and password are not correct
