CATI appointments show up an hour late/in advance (Winter Time/Daylight Savings Time)

Compatibility:IdSurvey 6IdSurvey 7

It may happen that after change of time (Winter Time/Daylight Savings Time) your CATI appointments show up an hour late/in advance.

To each contact is assigned an UTC that can be specified in “UTC” column during the import of the contacts. For all the CATI surveys that started before Winter or Daylight Savings time began, you will need to update contacts UTC.

Instructions

Go to “Contacts Management” and select all contacts (or just those that you want to update).
From the gear menu select “Update UTC” and select -1 to adapt the appointments to winter time (when DST is not in force) or +1 for daylight saving time (or BST).
