It may happen that after change of time (Winter Time/Daylight Savings Time) your CATI appointments show up an hour late/in advance.
For all CATI surveys that started before Winter or Daylight Savings time began you will need to update contacts UTC. In fact, to each contact is assigned an UTC that can be specified by you during contacts file importation in “UTC” column.
Go on “Contacts Management” and click on the Gearwheel button then on Update time and set One hour forward or One hour back according to the situation.
