It may happen that after change of time (Winter Time/Daylight Savings Time) your CATI appointments show up an hour late/in advance.
To each contact is assigned an UTC that can be specified in “UTC” column during the import of the contacts. For all the CATI surveys that started before Winter or Daylight Savings time began, you will need to update contacts UTC.
Go to the “Contacts Management” page and click on the gearwheel button, then on “Update time” and select “One hour forward” or “One hour back” according to the situation.
