When you enter your IdSurvey Admin interface for the first time we suggest to create user profiles for you and your colleagues first. You can create an Administrator User or a Limited Users.
An Administrator user can enter, edit and see everything while a Limited User has limited access and authorizations.
In this article we’ll explain how to create an Administrator User.
Go to “Users” section and click on “+” button on top left.
Insert a Username and Password for your user. Password must be at least 8 characters long and must contain an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a special character !@#$%^&+=
When you create a new user the “Administrator” button on top left is disabled by default. Enable it and insert any other extra information you may want to save.
An administrator user can access any folder inside the platform, and can create other users (both administrators and limited users). Turning a limited user into an administrator automatically grants all the authorizations to that user.
