With IdSurvey you can export all the data collected in different formats from the “Export Results” page you can reach by clicking on the “Tools” icon on the survey menu.
In this article we will focus on the Access format.
- Access files always include all the data collected in the interviews, the complete database with all information related to the survey. That is why the buttons “Filter per period” and “Contacts fields” are disabled for this type of export.
Click on the “Access” box and then on “Export”. Wait for the exportation to be concluded then click on “Close”.
In “Export history” you will see the list of all exports done.
- Exportations will be deleted after 3 days from creation.
Move the Access file you have just downloaded to your desktop. By clicking on it, the file will automatically open with Microsoft Access.
The names of the Access tables you can consult are the following:
Appointments: list of appointment scheduled
CallHistory: list of calls made
ContactChanges: contacts fields edited
Detail_Result: details of the results
Detail_Result_Temp: details of the results
MailLogs: email log (all no outcome preset emails sent)
