In conformity with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) regulation, on IdSurvey 7 we updated the feature that allows the management of the privacy policy.

You can add different privacy policies for each module. You can add the privacy policies from the survey settings page, clicking on the CATI, CAWI or CAPI tab.

From the survey settings page you can also customize the “Privacy Refusal” text for the CAWI module. The pop-up window with the text related to the refusal will show up when the respondents will not accept the privacy policy of the survey. The respondents will then be able to confirm the refusal and leave the interview or to cancel and go back to the privacy policy.

IdSurvey will keep track of the confirmation or refusal for each contact, along with the date and time.

You can check the date and time of the action for each contact by going to the “Contacts Management” page. Open the contact page that you want to verify and click on “Activity Log”.

By clicking on “Privacy accepted” or “Privacy refused” you can read the complete privacy policies that were accepted or refused by the contact.

Note

  • If the privacy policy gets edited, the new policy will be displayed to all the respondents that did not complete the interview, even if they had already accepted the previous policy.
  • If the privacy policy is refused, the contact will automatically and permanently be excluded from the interview. It will not be possible to access to the interview from any module.
